What could this be?

I have sinus tachycardia and my heart rate is normally 100+ however I have noticed over the past few years I can see see my heart beating in my stomach. I also have anxiety and this is now really worrying me. Just looking for some advice please

This is probably your blood flowing through your abdominal aorta. If you don't store a lot of abdominal fat this is quite normal to be able to see this.

Sometimes if very noticeable it could be a sign of an abdominal aortic aneurysm where the aorta has expanded - although the majority of cases are in men over 65 years of age and would leave you in pain in the abdomen and back. If you can just see a flutter in you abdomen it's probably just the blood moves through the aorta.

If you're concerned it is best to take to your GP
