I’ve still got questions to ask so sorry if I’m being a pain but there’s not much information regarding micro vascular angina and coronary artery spasms.
I don’t know while being active I have breathlessness and achy chest and going down my arms, but why does it seem to come back or the symptoms return later on the same day or the next and following days.
Is it exhaustion and it’s a way of your body telling you to test ?

Oh no! Not the wobbly chin syndrome! You make me laugh.....so a big thank you.
But seriously. I do know what you are talking about. Some days I feel fit as a fiddle, do lots...make bread, have a walk, exercise class, chat to friends etc.
Other days I’ve pushed it too much and that’s fine....at least I know it’s my fault, I know what I've done....but then other days I can feel exhausted and breathless, without doing anything much, and just have to rest all day. It doesn’t always seem logical.
Do you think this is characteristic of micro-vessel problems?
Do you think the old ticker sometimes just says ‘Oh for goodness sake, just give me a rest?‘
Oh yes I do have the wobbly chin syndrome 😂😂 just when you really don’t want it to happen as well and the voice goes squeaky when you’re trying to get questions out for your cardiologist, with this lock down and it being telephone consultations, I’ve had the Dr go..... hello......hello.... finally a whisper of a ‘I’m still here’ and completely fine. 🙄 quick clear of the throat and back to normal until the call ends 😩😩😩😩
I’m not sure if it’s the spasms or not but probably the whole condition and meds etc.
Still trying to find my pace where I can deal with this but failing miserably, it’s difficult to do ‘life’ and work out where I git into it with this. And thank you 😊
No you are not alone!! I cannot function on a day to day basis either. To top it all am not only battling with the chest pain/tightening/heaviness and getting out of breath but medication makes ankles swell to double their size.
I'm 45 and GP told me I may not be able to return to work. Totally frustrating and pardon the pun but I feel your pain 😊
