Hi 👋. I never used to, but recently after just a little exercise ( 5 minutes of running ) I get a very strange banging pulse feeling at the back of my head . It’s really worrying me as I never used to get it . Any chance anyone heard of this before ?? . Don’t won’t to google it as this will make me even more worried 😂.

Never google so wide symptoms like headache, will bring a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

Just measure your blood pressure during exercise or go to hospital.

Thanks . My blood pressure is Norma and within range so maybe it’s best to book a doctors appointment.
