Don’t like to speak to soon but ....

I had isorsobide mononitrate increased and dare I say it but I think it may have helped 🤔🤔

I know this condition can come in clusters but I’m hoping so much that this is helping, I must walk a bit more than I am but still worried about making it worse again, and end up in A&E !!

Just need to build up my confidence.

Have had to cut back work ‘A LOT’

Everything crossed and see what my consultant’s letter says soon.

Please not let me have spoken to soon !!

I know exactly what you mean, FB - it seems if I say it looks as though something is working, it stops working. But hopefully that's not going to what happens to you - please keep us updated either way.

Fingers crossed, I’ve only felt a bit of pressure/slight ache earlier, it wasn’t there long and went so didn’t use the spray 😃

I was worried about saying something to soon but I couldn’t help myself, anything that even feels good for half a day is something to celebrate 🎉 !!!

Good luck i suffer the same and have been told to exercise more but the last time i did i ended up in hospital. Ive had to give up my job to as unable to do it due to the unstable angina .Not an easy condition to live with due to the uncertainty of it .

Thank you Milkfairy

I spoke to my brother today, as our mum died so young and after 2 post Mortem’s couldn’t find a reason for her death.

We were thinking maybe she had a coronary spasm condition, not sure this is hereditary or not?

It’s not recognised very well now so years ago probably maybe wasn’t heard of ?

I am sorry you lost your mum far too young.

I don't know if vasospastic angina is hereditary.

However even if it is glacial progress, microvascular and vasospastic angina are becoming more recognised with new tests and treatments being developed.

It's good that you are responding to the latest medication change.

I think I am responding to it, I walked a bit further today and I had a heavy feeling with an ache across my chest and arms.

I didn’t walk that much further, think I’ll stick to my usual so I can measure how I’m doing better 😃
