Still a problem

I had my mitral valve replaced in Feb. All fine. However I have now noticed that I am starting to get out of breath after a mile, or so, especially when going uphill. Went for echo yesterday only to be told the heart was not working properly. Still in A.F with maybe an atrial flutter and that was why I was getting out of breath. They are going try to Correct it with drugs and refer me to a heart failure nurse. There was I thinking it had all been sorted out!!
