hope it helps just do small amounts each day and you will notice a difference even splitting it into 10 minutes 3 times a day really helps. Take care. Zena

Thank you for posting this and gor the replies. I hadn’t thought of doing a rehab class online🤦🏽‍♀️

I followed the suggested links and really enjoyed a L2 session. Aiming to keep this going and hopefully progress a level 👍🏼
