I have been having a lot more Angina 3 times a day even at rest ,my spray does work but im breathless even when having a conversation. I have nausea,and headaches, I have been unable to get my doctor on the phone should I go A&E IF THINGS DONT IMPROVE

Hello and welcome to the forum! Before my bypass my stable angina became unstable (i.e. at rest rather than walking, etc). Unstable angina is not a good sign and I would suggest you get over to A&E but do not drive yourself. Let us know how it goes.

Thankyou Michael for the good advice .I knew that's what I should do but the virus kinda was putting me of .I know stupid woman ..

I agree with MichaelJH having chest pain at rest needs investigating.

I suggest you call 111 or 999 to be reviewed by a healthcare professional.

I have been through A&E once, on a ward for 5 hours and had four outpatient appointments in the last three months. There are lots of precautions, disinfection and PPE about as staff do not want CovID any more than you!

If your GTN doesn't work after the third time , go to A&E. Don't hesitate. Good luck.
