Having a bad day

Really struggling today. Feeling quite ill and lots of pain, even though my nitrates have been increased. Weakness, sweating, constant palpitations, you name it.

I've even given up on going out with my wife and daughter this evening to celebrate my daughter's straight A's in her baccalaureate.

Will this ever get better?

With no job atm, time is one thing I do have. The problem is walking/exercising. Major issues with my spine and trapped nerves.

Hi, it's a bumpy road we are on. Its something I've been struggling with lately. This current situation, where its much more difficult to get the help you need doesn't help. I'm trying to focus on getting a routine going again, getting some exercise, even if its lite exercise, eating regular and healthy meals, doing some thing I enjoy everyday etc... simply things really. It's not easy sometimes, but we have to manage our situation as best we can and things will improve.
