Why not doctors listen me? My angio graphy done 45 days ago. 3 arteries has 30 to 40 pecent blockage. Cardiologist told it will treated by medicine.
So case is this that before angio graphy about 3 year ago to after angio graphy i told different cardiologists that " when i do little work or lift any small thing like chair or do walk then i do rest my heart feel difficult to become its normal place. Now after angio graphy i told same problem to my cardiologist, he said you have less stemna , you do walk more and more, when became tired then sit after some rest again start walk. I do little walk slowly and now i m doing rest. My heart is blasting. Feeling it will fail. It will dead. My throat vains feeling presure and closeing"
No body understand me.....i spend alot of money of drs fees, why not the check my. My heart dont bear exercise or walk.
So please you people give my advise do i continue walk or stop it? Do you think i can get heart failiure during walk or afte4 walk.
Is walk is good for me with this bad condition or i have to gontinue it.
Thanks

Hello Qasim. I am no expert but understand there is an exercise ECG available. If you had one of these you would find out if your heart was struggling when exercising. Below 50% blockages with appropriate medication you should be OK. There was a study where people on medication did equally as well as those who received stents. I do wonder if maybe it is a question if confidence?
Hello again Raza! I think David's suggestion of an exercise (treadmill) ECG is an excellent one. It would allow doctors to see if anything untoward is happening to your heart during exercise. If nothing shows up you should be able to increase your exercise tolerance and confidence. The impression you give is you hardly exercise for fear of something happening!
Yes i have fear because after exercise my heart sinking. I am also afraid of trademill test because i have fear if any thing bad happend on treadmill like heart failiure then.....???????
You should not worry as exercise ECGs are carried out in a hospital environment and you will be carefully monitored throughout. The test will be stopped immediately if there are any issues. You can read about it here:
A friend had one. They were unhappy, he was admitted straightaway and had a triple bypass five days later. After recovery he now does long evening and weekend cycle rides.
They main problem in my country that many things are ignored when they r taking test. Here in Pakistan many facilities available but lake of care , and taking easy to patients make trouble for us. Doctors dont become serious. I was appealing them that some thing is wrong with my heart but they said its only anxiety. At the end story is different.
As has been mentioned here discuss an exercise ECG with your cardiologist. This could help determine if your issue is heart related or caused by anxiety. You do present yourself as being very anxious.
No, if you at the links you will see I was referencing the exercise ECG. Have you enquired about this because I see further down this thread you say again you cannot exercise!
Yes i again post. My condition is not good. My angio graphy dr told me your muscel r lazy so u do walk. But my question is this why my muscels became lazy.. you often see adictic people who all time in.... dont do any work all time lying but their heart font became weak why my heart become weak. I was not too much lazy .
You r right i m agree. I am asking this from many years that i need to admitt in cardic rehab. Actually i am from Pakistan. Here you know not enough health services. And money is also reason because i cannot aford hospital expences. So we preferr to stay at home. But you are right. I need some one. But i m ill person every friend left me. I hv old mother. So its seems hard for me to comeback normal. May Allah bless all of us.
No i still not talk with bhf nurse. Can you give me their number. I m from Pakistan. If their whats app number is available that will be much good for me. Because call here from uk is so expensive.
I had a heart attack 20 months ago. I have a 70% blocked artery and I am treated with tablets. I get tired more easily but still exercise and rest more often. Otherwise I feel well.
Why dr put u on medicine. Sny stent the put for 70 percent blockage.
Wht is your age.
You tell me u get tired so do u feel psin in your heart. When i walk i feel tired heart is heavy and discomfort chest. Today i feel pain in my back behind my heart. What do u suggest. Do i continue walk.
The artery was too small to stent. I've never had chest pain. My heart attack and angina felt like a big weight on my chest. For the first 9 months I had a lot of angina both at rest and when I was active but after this I was put on increased dosages of Ranolazine and Isosorbide Mononitrate. I now take Ranolozine 750mg twice a day; Isosorbide Mononitrate 60mg once a day; Ivabradine 2.5mg twice a day; Aspirin 75mg once a day and Atorvastatin 80mg once a day. I also have my Glyceryl Trinitrate spray. I've been much better for the last 12 months and hopefully this will continue. I'm 66 now and was 65 when I had my H.A. but for the previous 30 years I had eaten a Mediterranean diet, exercised daily and was a moderate drinker. I've never smoked so I was considered to lead a heart healthy lifestyle by my G.P. I would definitely contact the B.H.F. nurse.
You're never to old to change to a healthy lifestyle but you're young so you can definitely change especially if you can get support from family or friends. This forum is very supportive.
Family is with me but every one is busy. And unfortunatly i have no friends. This is big draw back of my life. I cannot make friend. All time i m alone
You can improve your lifestyle on your own-it's worth it to get better health. If you look through this forum and through old posts there is a lot of information which will help with diet and exercise.
