I've had two angiograms through the wrist, both painless. The wound healed perfectly and it hasn't left any mark or scar. But I wear a magnetic bracelet for my arthritis and when it's on my right wrist, I often get a sharp pain which feels like someone's stabbing a red hot needle into the place where they inserted the wire.
