Hello and thank you for replying, every day in the past week i am feeling very tired and get a pain in the middle of my chest together with the constipation.I have dementia and i am unable to speak, it makes it hard for wife who is ten years older than me to understand what I say.My heart nurse had to reduce my tablets as I was going dizzy and falling over,it may be that because of the 20 per cent left ventricle this is how I am supposed to feel I am not sure but I dont like the feeling, sorry to burden you with my problems.

hello and welcome.
sounds like you are having it rough. I wish you all the best.
regarding constipation, there are lots of causes and remedies, but I would have the phone conversation with your GP before visiting Boots.
Movicol is one remedy.
but whatever you do, keep your fluid intake to about 2 litres a day, look at the colour of your wee and just be aware of your body

Hi you say you are on a lot of meds. Many heart medication causes some form of constipation I would get in touch with your GP to discuss fully. The stress of having heart issue alone is bad enough you should not be enduring other issues.
Stay calm and stay safe
