I have had a resting heart rate of over 120 bpm for 24 hours now. I have dilated cardiomyopathy and heart failure

It happens fairly often but not for this long. I’m exhausted.

I take ramipril, bisoprolol and eplerenon for my heart problems.

I agree Dial 111 now, it's what they are there for.

Yes get it seen to. I had a similar situation even though I take ivabradine to keep my heart rate down. Mine was at about 140 and I went to A&E (before coronavirus, last January) and it turned out that I was in AF and had contracted pneumonia. It was sorted quickly and I went home the next day. Let us know how it goes for you.
