That’s something I’ve asked, but being 38? Even though I’ve recently also had an attack, I also have a very good immune system and am rarely sick otherwise.
My recovery time was a little over a week. I say that in regards to feeling like my “usual” self.
I think overall health and immune system plays a big role, it’s not simply that we are not at full health at any given point.
Things like “no underlying health issues” in the media do not really account for the persons track record of non severe but problematic common illnesses in the past.
Constantly being sick from flu or stomach bugs over years etc is never a good thing, even if said person has nothing considered seriously wrong with their health at a given point in time.
