last time I got an infection I ended up in hospital so was worried catching corona virus would do the same. This time however I’m on heart drugs & my heart seems to be coping so far.
I’m day 7 of the virus & thought I’d share my symptoms
Dry throat, sore throat, tickly cough progressively getting worse, painful head around eyes & sore eyes, extreme fatigue in bed for 3 days, slightly raised temp. I still have the cough which can be quite dibillitating.
Best advice I can give, sleep as upright as you can & inhale steam often to keep airways open. Drink lots & rest.
I dont know if I have the virus or if the shortness of breath is due to my heart ( probably both) . I am also inhaling steam with eucalyptus oil and oregano oil . Also have ordered vitamin c and d online which I will try to take in large doses if my body will tolerate it. Take care

I also tried vitamin c but they were so big I couldn’t swallow them!

You can take vitamin c powder if you can tolerate it
As a matter of Urgency could BHF Confirm or Not is inhaling Steam a recommended Treatment or would Steam Aggravate the Corona Virus. Would just like to confirm if this is recommended !! Otter not contradicting you just looking for confirmation from a Professional if this is of benefit or not.
This paper published in 2004 is discussing how zinc may help prevent the incidence of respiratory syncytial virus RSA a common cause of acute chest infections in young children.
How this can be applied to older people infected by covid 19 a coronavirus?
Lol! I have two teenage girls who usually smell pretty nice😂. I’m so glad you are feeling better. It’s a scary thing that I hope to not experience. My youngest daughter is asthmatic which causes me great worry. I have PVCS but otherwise ok.
I’m quite prone to chest infections and right now feel like I’ve git start if that , head blocked up ,sore throat , cough ticklish & more often now , feel eyes are sore especially at bridge of nose , tired , bit more breathless than normal , heart issues cause these normally but not the cough so much ,,,
