Contact the doctor providing her care and ask. The guidance changes daily, it seems, but the one consistent item is the bit about contacting your GP or consultant if you don't receive a letter by end of post run Monday 30th March (which is today). Doctors all over the UK are probably dreading tomorrow as their telephones lines will like be ringing off the hook but if your post has run and you've not had a letter through the door, be on the telephone first thing tomorrow morning.
Update, Ala? Were you able to talk to someone at the GP or consultants?
