To be safe from heart attack and further cardiac illness in future

In order to be safe from cardiac illness and heart attack, we need to adopt a more natural lifestyle that avoids eating too much, resting too much, sleeping too much and doing too much which causes stress. I thought that was a way of life of humans in the ancient past. It was slow, persistent, healthy. It was easy to live with hunger and without spending for food. Hunger is misleading feelings of pain, it's psychological and people didn't complain about it nor argued over it. Even children were taught to keep silent over the feelings of hunger. A natural remedy to control cholesterol and keep slim and fit would be to do water fasting. All we have do do is breathe fresh air that is moist and there is mist, and drink water when the force of hunger gets strong in the stomach. Water perhaps has all the minerals and vitamins to sustain the body. We can also drink water in the form of fresh fruits and vegetables, they are products of clean and fresh water, we can extract juices as drinkable water. If we drink stream and rainwater and fresh natural juices we can loose weight and slim down gradually in few months.

I suspect you don’t live in a heavily polluted area...

I live in very clean environment. I suspect that tap water is unhealthy. Saw one of the documentaries that says that fluoride is one of the factors that builds plaque in the heart's arteries

I was thinking more in terms of pollution (linked directly to strokes and heart disease) in the air, noise pollution (stress...and thus heart disease etc) food (and thus nutrient loss) and water (as you say)

During the last year, there was construction of housing estate just opposite my house and I suffered from dust coming into the house and from windows seals. They had demolished old houses and also factories premises. The dust caused me lot of sneezing and coughing throughout the year. I felt sick and thought of spending the winter abroad. Now the construction is finished, new houses are all painted. I imagine that dust may cause chest illness, it could be sticky when the environment is moist. Maybe it would affect the tissues on the left ventricle of the heart. I hope my suspicion and imagination is not wild.

I agree that it's not normal to feel hungry frequently. I suspect stress and anxiety may be causing hunger often, just as it urges smoking and drinking. When we get bored and restless we tend to eat and drink just for the exercise of the mouth or the taste to feel different. We would be better to go out and exercise the body, but we return feeling hungry again. In order to eat to enjoy the food, I think we should exercise the jaws by taking small morsel and chewing slowly and for long time. This way we could eat much less and feel satisfied. We shouldn't feel ashamed that we may look like behaving like animals, the apes or cattle, for chewing food for very long time before digesting it all. I think that the mouth affects the heart directly, it's gums, teeth and jaws affect the heart muscles and arteries. One of the cardiologist even said that the plaque in arteries was caused by the dental plaque and fluoride from toothpaste.

Thank you for the information. Yes, I did suffer from inflammation in my stomach and chest. And then while I was on holiday in India I had major heart attack. My cardiologist found that I had high cholesterol level and severely scarred left ventricle. I had experienced scar on the neck at back of my head for few years, told about it to my GP, but we never suspected it ws related to the heart, it was burning pain with inflammation.

Its interesting to see the insulin index on the link to the website.

I think the GPs and new medical students should be more thoroughly trained and informed about the issues of insulin and inflammation as these give signs of very serious and chronic illnesses
