I have Dilated Cardiomyopathy (Heart Failure). I work for a local bakery on shift and luckily I'm fit and well. As a key worker I'm expected to work unless I have a letter to express otherwise. In going to work am I putting myself or my family at risk!?

If your worried make sure to follow government health guidelines. Wash your hands as frequently as you can and try to avoid touching your face if you haven’t. If your serving the public gloves and a mask may not be fully affective but might reduce the risk of transmission where possible. Just make sure to take every precaution and try to stay as safe as possible but if you can quarantine it is definitely advisable. However I understand not everyone has the ability to do this especially as a key worker. Wish you the best, and hoping you and your family Stay safe!
