Hi there ... it can be zero up to and above 400 (I presume your asking about calcium inside heart arteries) the CAC score is usually done alongside a ct angiogram . Ivor Cummings speaks about this on YouTube... from what I gather the lower the score the less calcified plaque you have and hence the lower the risk ... My calcium score was 11 which put me at mild risk.. however I had an 80% blockage on my RCA that needed a stent... My ct report said I had mild calcium which was predominantly in my RCA so I can only assume that the calcium I had (all or most of it) was in my RCA... personally I feel if your going to get a calcium score you also need a ct angiogram to back it up ... I hope this helps
