Er, really? Oh please trust me - you do not want to see me lumbering about to my Coleen Nolan dancercise DVDS! The music is actually pretty good but the sight of me in my dance kit would ruin your day

Also all of us who regularly dance imagine ourselves looking wonderful, elegant and graceful with flowing movements. Seeing the stiff elephant that is reality would be a very real blow to my mental health during these weeks of seclusion and the end of my Margot Fonteyn moments forever.

Thank-you for posting that - I'm not a big hip-hop fan (ACDC more my speed but also Bach and Vivaldi with a little Rossini thrown in) but that is easy on the ears and seems a good dancercise piece. Thank-you!
