hi would you say will i put my self at risk to carry on working ,i had a double bye pass about 3 years ago ,i work as painter ,and have to mix with others .with thanks steve

Hi Steve. I think you fall into the category of ‘vulnerable’ to complications (if you did catch it) like me (heart attack and stent 3.5 years ago). You should therefore exercise social distancing to keep yourself safe. Can you work on jobs solo or with someone at least 2 metres away from you? That BHF article is first class, it spells out the difference between "social distancing" and "self isolation" very clearly.
