Any advice

I am a 62 year old male with asthma and hypertrophic cardiomyopathy pacemaker and icd fitted. What are the guidelines for me. Anyone have a clue. I am self isolating but my wife may have to go to work next week. Worried anxious and afraid

I have your condition and RA, I’m on the shielded list due to immune suppressant drugs, however I also have no clue regarding my recent HCM diagnoses and what I should do with the heart condition. My wife was sent home from her work with full pay and she is healthy because of my condition that classes me vulnerable. Get advice from your GP.

You are definitely doing the responsible and right thing by self isolating but understand your wife still has to go shopping, pick up prescriptions etc and may come into contact with the virus, what else can we do?

Try and stay positive and relax, easier said and all that but you have to try.

Plenty of meditation tips, breathing exercises online that are not generally practised by West of Scotland men, have look and give them a go.

Look up Greg Braden, Dr Bruce Lipton, Wim Hoff, you might surprise yourself,
