I had open heart surgery in October 2017. Should I be in isolation or continue to just be vigilant

Please see my post from Monday with the link to the document issued on the subject of people over 70 or people with certain health conditions.

You only need to self isolate if you have or suspect you have Covid-19

For people over 70, or people with certain medical conditions they need to Social Distance for a period of 12 weeks.
