Well all gyms are to close. So a lot of us won’t be able to go to our cardio rehab classes if like me you do yours at your gym and not the hospital. We are going to have to come up with another way of exercising, we must try and keep it up until we are alllowed back.

Gyms closing because of the virus
The British association of cardiovascular prevention and rehabilitation BACPR are developing online resources for cardiac rehab teams.
My yoga teacher is going to run her classes using zoom.
Life is going to be different.
That sound a good idea. I have bought a bike, I live in the countryside but it’s mostly hills
I was going to Stage 4 cardio rehab in my local leisure centre - both that and all other cardio rehab were postponed from last Friday.
At least the weather is slowly getting warmer so it'll be a case of out walking in the great outdoors! 😊
I didn’t go to my class this week because I was sent home from work for isolation, but the last time I did it was a pain having to wipe down all the machines and to remember to. So the outdoors will be good
Meant to add in previous post - my cardio rehab staff have posted out details of exercises you can do at home, which was good of them.
I live on the edge of countryside - got a huge park and National Trust heathland just over a mile away which I walk a lot anyway, but in the absence of gym will be walking a lot more.
Try Youtube at present lots of dance and exercise routines on thier
I'm going to try belly dancing
I brought a stepper a few weeks ago so will use that as well
Perhaps we should have a forum belly dancing competition to lighten the spirits now that Eurovision has been cancelled?
That would be so funny. Something we probably need right now. Do our belly’s good as well
I was meant to start mine this week but obviously postponed. I want to start doing something especially upper body. Hopefully some video links will help. I have a heart monitor so I can see how I am getting on but I think I want the reassurance of somebody there in case I get into issues.
