Am I at risk. I had a heart attack 12 years ago am 62 have managed just taking medication since. I have a blood vessel that's only 30% Am I classes as vulnerable to coronavirus please.

You're not at any greater risk of contracting the virus than anyone else Sue. But unfortunately if you do contract it, then it might be more dangerous for you compared to someone else who doesn't have any heart problems.
It's probably worth thinking about how you can implement some changes in your lifestyle (like more frequent hand washing and changes that will distance you from close contact with other people) and therefore reduce your chances of ever getting the disease in the first place.
