Should I be entitled to the 12 week isolation period from work during this pandemic if I still have an ongoing heart condition (leaking heart valve) or should I just self isolate??

Please have a look at my post from Monday which gives more details on the subject.

Self Isolate refers to a situation where someone either has or suspects they have Covid-19

For people over 70 or for people under 70 with certain medical conditions they are suggested to Social Distance for a period of 12 weeks.

Hi Gilmore29.

Just read your post. I had a phone call from my work today to tell me to ring the gp and I have to have confirmation from them to get the rest of the time off paid. If I were you give them a ring tomorrow and ask for a telephone appointment , hope this helps.
