Bp meds

Hi all just a quick question on blood presure meds can you only try one of each group ie ace arb ccc etc or can you try different ones from same group tried amlodipine, losartan ace gp says will have to see bp specialists any advice would help thanks Dave ps am on losartan 12.5 mg at min and have weeks where it’s in 130/147 range but at night and morn normal lot of nausea thow

Thanks for reply suppose a specialist will have more knowledge and seen it all before so may save time in long run thanks again
