Please see my post from yesterday

People only need to self isolate if they have or suspect they have Covid-19

For people over 70, or for people with certain health conditions, they need to adhere to Social Distancing

I believe the strictness has been dialled back enough to permit solo outings like dog walking or walking/jogging for exercise as long as six foot of distance is kept from other people, and hand washing protocols are followed.

I saw someone comment on the allotment discussion what seems to me to be good advice - spray gate latches with disinfectant before touching or wear disposable gloves (and then safely dispose of the gloves immediately taking care to not contaminate skin whilst removing and binning).

Also, for shopping, click and collect is apparently the way forward for the duration - specify 'bagged' (you will be charged for the bags but in my opinion that is a small price to pay in the circumstances), and the staffer will load the boot without coming into contact with you. (per the management of my local supermarket)
