The device will record a trace of my heart rhythms onto my phone . Then can be transmitted to hospital.

Yes - had mine fitted nearly 2 years ago.

As a result cardiologist was able to look at the results.

For example - over 24x7days in previous 3 months. It revealed what Holter monitors never picked showed - af flutter/fibrillation/tachicardia/ectopics etc. Accurate hr recording day & night - I think they are used when the cause of heart problems are difficult to diagnose. Brilliant device - gives peace of mind that however you are feeling it will be available for the hospital cardio dept to see & as a result meds or future procedures can be discussed & adjusted.
