True story: There is a DJ in Liverpool... - British Heart Fou...
True story
THE HELL I WON'T
That would have been Billy Butler - was on BBC Radio Merseyside for many years until his contract was not renewed in 2018, used to be a DJ in the Cavern Club in the 1960s
Just looking at your name. Are you a fan,? I saw them live at Earls Court in the 70's .🤗
The Wall concert, I was at that, best ever concert, especially how it ended. Sorry for butting in.
Sorry for my ignorance i have not heard ot the band .I chose the name as my son works in San Pedro spain x
Yes, fan of Floyd - first saw them in the Marquee in 1966 when Syd Barrett was with them. Seem then a few times over the years, and saw Roger Waters do The Wall in Barcelona in 2011 which was magical, also David Gilmour On An Island in Royal Albert Hall in 2006 - the 3 nights were recorded and became the Remember That Night DVD - I seen the first night which included David Bowie - and I still think that despite all the amazing concert halls there are, that the Royal Albert Hall is still the best space I've ever watched a concert in. 😊
Wow! What great experiences you have had! A real follower! BTW what are you on this site for. Me it's Afib but not sure how ended up her lol
Heart attack/cardiac arrest December 2018 - serious wake up call! Complete change of lifestyle has been the answer
Ah ok! Yep lifestyle change seems like a good plan. I wish all the best to you. " Shine on you crazy diamond" and I 'll feel " Comfortably Numb". Just kidding but it is my fav song. X
Take care yourself. Comfortably Numb is my favourite track, David Gilmour plays it as the final encore song - the outro/wind down at the end goes on for about 3 or 4 minutes -chillingly beautiful
A talking horse walks into a bar and approaches the manager. “Excuse me, good sir,” the horse says, “are you hiring?”
The manager looks the horse up and down and says, “Sorry, pal. Why don’t you try the circus?”
The horse nickers. “Why would the circus need a bartender?”
Yes it was i couldn't remember his name thank you
