You spoke to soon. I have been up since 5:30 and flicked between the radio stations as the same two topics keep coming up! Apparently this is "Brewery Free February" and we have "Choc Free May" coming! A "Mobile Free" (except for emergencies) month would be fantastic!

I will post sometime but have a followup outpatients' appointment at the end of the week and want that done first. Basically I developed severe vertigo and nausea, ambulance to A&E and three nights in hospital. Feel OK'ish but have no reserves and if I overdo it even slightly I pay the price...

Been a tad poorly over the last few months! Broken dislocated wrist surgically fixed. Tooth abscess. Tooth extraction. Infected socket. Ate soft microwave mash burned and blistered mouth throat oesophagus and stomach. Gastric bleed! Finally followed by flu chest infection pleurisy and costochondritis!! Clear evidence it’s hard to kill a bad thing!! So I observed from afar but didn’t have the energy for much. Improving now and getting back to doing exercise. Thank you everyone for welcoming us back. Love you all. Zena xxx
