Hello and welcome to the forum! Bisoprolol is a prescription-only medication which needs to be prescribed by a doctor. Many prescription drugs are available on the Internet but it is not advised to persue this route as you may get out-of-date or contaminated medication. Bear in mind the sellers are in it to make money and 99.9% do not care about your wellbeing. Your GP will also carry out any necessary monitoring. The painkiller I use occasionally for arthritis now needs a double sign-off but is available on the web!
