The sausage has been vanquished (the secret hidey one, not the sausage that was not a sausage)

A bit embarrassing for Addenbrookes, but a bump they allegedly saw on imaging but didn’t report, later found during my cardiac stress MRI, was looked at by Kettering today and was actually an abscess. Yuk. Drained and sent for testing.

Plus points: they warm the gel for ultrasound where cardiology do not.

I should probably join the boob board but i prefer stalking you lot.

That was a sticky and squidgy ending of your second imposter of a sausage. That must have been such a relief.

I feel they were spoiling you fancy warming the ultrasound gel 😂

I hope you have a lovely Christmas and Happy New Year.

I think they put it in the fridge for my kidney scan. Mind you it was snowing outside! ☃️

Glad to hear the sausage has been dispersed, though to be honest most of my sympathy goes to the person who's gonna have to look at & test the drained gunge! 🤮

The boob boards loss is our gain.

I echo milkfairy's sentiments, I hope you have a lovely Christmas & a Happy & sausage free New Year ☺

If you join the boob board do you get a more rounded response?

All's well that ends well. I am sure you are much relieved and can fill up on pigs in blankets over the festive season ( well - just the one!)

Thanks all, not sure I’m up for pigs in blankets....had enough of sausages....

Have a lovely Christmas all of you, hopefully we’re all on Santa’s good list. I made sure by telling him what he was buying and ordering it ☺️☺️😊😊😊😂

I’ve learnt in our 18 years of marriage - crap surprise or no surprise. After a memorable year where saucepans featured I’m ok with no surprise. And yes, he’s still alive.

My request to santa was, if I have to have pyjamas again this year, could I have some that fit me and not for someone who's a foot taller & wider!

Santa’s a bit rubbish at presents sometimes. I think he made a bad career choice.

I’ve just posted on a boob forum, see how fast I

A) turn talk to gin

B) get banned

I see on the news that Wetherspoons have run out of blankets for their pigs in blankets.

Surely a sausage by any other name!

I vowed never to use one of Tim Martin's pubs again six months ago. Surely if he has the sausages it is not to hard to get some bacon and wrap it around the sausage? Surely it doesn't need an "ology"?
