Support Group

Good morning,

I was wondering if there are any support groups in Cardiff for people with heart conditions. I've had a look on the BHF website and on the internet and can't find any. I've learned so much from here and would love to meet people in the same situation as I've found it's really helped with my anxiety. Evenings would be best as I work full time.

Hi NIKK1b, check your local newspaper or hospital as both will have details of local support groups for many medical conditions.

Hi Ni 1kk1B, do you have a cardio/rehab nurse, they know all the local support groups too.

I don't at present as I am still being monitored. I've just emailed the BHF to see if they know of any.
