A Few Days Out

Picked up.my car after repair yesterday and the skies opened up. I stopped to pick up a coffee in a semi- flooded car park that ducks and geese obviously thought was a pond. They were fine with me but gave the next people to arrive the "hiss". Couple of birthdays over the weekend so will not be around much.

Glad you like the picture! Now taking my two hourly break for a short walk, BG check and a coffee. Will only have a small piece of cake as otherwise the bolus gets trickier.

Excellent lunch but was a bit too good as went slightly hypo later. I think it would be good if more places offered mini dessert options for people with small appetites, diabetes or on a diet. The desserts could have been a meal with a cup of coffee! 😁
