Getting on top of me

My health has improved since my operation in March, I realise how bad I was before it but I'm so thankful that I'm well on the mend and feeling a lot stronger which is a good job really. My darling husband crashed the car into a house last Tuesday. We're not sure whether the brakes failed or he accidentally hit the accelerator but he survived and was shocked and aching all over but no broken bones he's still feeling sore and is still feeling the shock. Two lovely young women rescued him from the car as he couldn't get the door open, huge blocks and stones were raining down on the windscreen and bonnet of the car but the girls mistook dust for smoke and despite screaming for help at men who were standing roundabout filming the accident on their phones they decided to do it themselves. They had a really hard job getting the door open. They were incredibly brave and I will never be able to thank them enough. Today our lovely Lady had her operation, the tumour has been removed and she's come round from the operation so the next 12-24 hours will tell us if she's going to have a good recovery. She had deteriorated considerably since Sunday so the timing was good. I will get a phone call in the morning to let me know how she's doing. I hope you don't mind me getting this off my chest.

Oh my, you certainly have a lot on your plate at the moment. I'm glad to hear you're doing well, I hope your husband is OK, it's a terrible thing to see when the shock starts, I've seen it with Kevin, he couldnt stop shaking and could not get warm no matter what. Fingers crossed for Lucky, hopefully all will be well and you can all breath a sigh of relief. I can never understand someones first reaction being to grab their phone to film things, it would never occur to me!! Let us know how things are progressing xx

Good grief my love. What disasters, but all will work out well. Car crashes take quite a while to get over but hubby will get there. All our love and best wishes to Lady xxxx
