Ive had a double heart bypass 2 years ago which ive now found out after an angiogram only one has worked, also i found out ive had a heart attack in the past which i was unaware of.
Yesterday i was shopping and had bad chest pain so took gtn, i felt awful and my partner said i looked pasty,my legs felt like jelly, I live 5 minutes away so went home and sat on the sofa, it took about 2 hours until I started to feel more like normal. Ive had angina pains before but this was different, my partner wanted me to get checked out but me being stubborn kept saying i'll be fine i'll be fine when I rest. In hindsight I think I should have gone and got checked out.
In the evening my partner had been thinking and said he wondered if it could have been a heart attack and not angina.
What are your thoughts please, I dont want to sound paranoid.

How as your BG? Before my bypass I had overlapping angina and hypoglycemia - boy I felt ill! Definitely get it checked out now! They would rather find out it was angina than have you blue lighted later today!
Thank You everyone I went to the hospital and had 2 ECG's, urine test, blood test and an examination. My bloods came back that I hadnt had a heart attack (thank goodness), but he thinks I had a bad angina attack. Michael JH my blood sugars have been ok so thats good. Another weird symptom I had yesterday when all this started and on and off today is tingly legs, the Dr doesn't know what that is though.
