I have always been an independent person and follow my own ways, it’s easier than expecting others to do things for you, although at times I have been happy to get help now and then. I had my pacemaker fitted 18 months ago at first I worried about it now I take it as one of those things you put up with, I DIY as needed, decorate and have painted my fence recently without any difficulties, the only problem I have is the replacement hip which was first done 19 years ago and last redone 12 years ago that has given me more problems and still not good but as I said I’m an independent person. And at the age of 82 hope to continue that way.
