Candesarten

For years I have been taking Valsarten 80 mg but in the last few years ad a problem getting it and finally last week I was told it is no longer available.

My gp replaced this with Candestarten 8mg which I have take for the last 5 days.

I have taken my own blood pressure yesterday and today and it was 144/98.

I returned to the go today who has increased in to 16mg.

My worry is that I am going on holiday on Tuesday - he said if I feel unwell drop it back to 8mg.

I feel so tired.

Has anyone else been in this position.
