I was seriously worried I’d get a heart attack yesterday. I was watching the tennis and my husband kept asking me to switch over to the cricket! The excitement was unbelievable! Didn’t get any exercise at all apart from the rush to make a cuppa. 😂

I've signed up to a season ticket to watch Tranmere Rovers. The excitement will only just be quantifiable so it shouldn't put any stress on my heart🤣
