Hi guys... on other posts I’ve stated of having HF I’ve got myself an Iwatch that pairs with my phone.... I noticed my heart rate fluctuates between 50-70bpm however I’ve noticed it drop into low 40s and I’m slightly concerned Every time I’ve been to hospital my ops all come back fine.... was only until I had my ultra sound last week that the found I have an enlarged heart but I haven’t heard anything back from my cardiologist yet as I really want to be seen and checked over again!

Jamie, put your watch away as these things are not always accurate & it's feeding your fears. Take your pulse the old fashion way with your finger on your wrist, if its low but you feel OK I wouldn't worry too much. If its consistently low or you're feeling faint or dizzy then either ring 111 or take a visit to A&E, but try not to get obsessive about taking it.
