What do you have and has your doctor approved you starting to do a little light exercise? If your condition and progress is conducive to light exercise and your doctor approves it, a supermarket trip is a great, safe place to get started walking - you get the big trolley to lean on if you need a bit of an assist (sort of like a fake Zimmer Frame without the actual piece of equipment) plus should you collapse in the shop, there are always people around to call 999.

I always get a big trolley even if I'm in there for a wee jug of milk and some bread - the trolley is a very helpful item, it holds your shopping and it can hold you as well:)

Thank-you, and remember - even if you're just there for a jug of milk, get the trolley:)
