Hi, we compleyed our first day today, We walked the Paddington arm of the Grand Union canal, we covered 40,000 steps and travelled 15.8 miles..a bit stiff and sore but a good nights sleep should dort things. Hayes to Watford tomorrow...

Really? In the Rhondda Valley. That's a coincidence, my Mother was born in Treorchy as well and used to make her own Welshcakes. I don't, I buy them from the Co-op lol. You'd be more than welcome though!! 😀😃
