I would imagine that’s a no....but if your GP has prescribed them? 🤷🏻♀️

Sildenafil aka viagra is also prescribed to treat vasospastic angina and pulmonary hypertension. It is a useful medication which relaxes your blood vessels.
You can't take it if you are already taking nitrates such isosorbide mononitrate etc. It can cause your BP to dramatically drop.
It can be used if you are taking other heart medication but it's use has to be approved usually by a Cardiologist.
I suggest you go and discuss this with your GP.
Hello and welcome to the forum! As others have said you need to talk to your GP/cardiologist. Much depends on the severity of your HA, your general health and doseages of medication. In some cases the drop in BP has proved fatal!
Nicorandil in particular has a warning not to use something like this.
When my GP prescribed nicorandel he did not mention that I should no longer take Cialis but I already knew that. When I took my prescription to a pharmacy the pharmacist had my records and warned me. I said I'll only be taking it for six weeks until I have my valve replacement . That was wishful thinking as the NHS managed to drag it out for another eight months. However no problem taking it after recovery.
I'm told that many cardiologists take a low dose Cialis as it is good for the heart.
Since HA am on Bisoprolol Candesartan, Atorvastatin and asprin and my GP has prescribed Viagra for me. Works ok but only take once a day
Presumably you are not in the UK where the NHS restrict the number that can be prescribed.
I am in the UK.
All medications have side-effects. Viagra is prescribed to people with poor blood flow which impedes erections.
If you wish to tackle your issues in a natural manner, consider modifying your diet and lifestyle to allow your body to drop to its natural body weight.
This is what I did following a triple bypass.
I have since stopped all of my medications and my blood flow is excellent
Good luck.
