My resting heart rate is 80 while when i'm standing it shoots upto 120 and then after a few seconds itcomes down and stays at 100 even after 10 minutes of standing still, is this normal? Lately i've been very anxious about my heart rate maybe that's why also is there a difference in resting heart rate while laying and heart rate while standing still even after 10 minutes.
