I am on Apixoban for Paroxysmal Atrial Fibrillation.

Apixoban helps prevent stroke. Does it help prevent heart attacks to?

Yes, it will reduce the risk of a heart attack. There is information on the NHS website via this link: nhs.uk/medicines/apixaban/#
