I do Intermittent fasting , I eat healthy

I suffer with persistent bloating I noticed tonight after resting my foot over my shin that’s left quite an indentation. On my leg I was resting my foot on .

I’m taking Bisoprolol and Amias for blood pressure

No water tablets as the doctors won’t prescribe water tablets

Hopeful someone can help x

Hiya,

Have you thought about trying something like Aquaban? I don't know if it still available or whether you can take it because of your other medications but it's worth a try.

It doesn’t work hun

I tried it . I drink water have one coffee a day .

I have nettle tea .

Plenty of salad

Still like a bloater

I’m having a scan soon on my stomach but it’s not just my stomach it’s my thighs too ☹️

Oh dear. Have you tried cinnamon capsules or dida from Pharma Norde? I drink ginger tea and cinnamon tea along with cinnamon capsules to ease bloatedness and digestive discomfort. Or you could try ground cinnamon on some yoghurt or chopped fruit. It helps with blood sugar imbalances and bloating. You only need a teaspoon per day max and you could spread it out over a day in some yoghurt or a smoothie.

I'm also a Reiki Master, since 1994. I find chewing fennel seeds & drinking ginger or peppermint teas helps me with bloating or after fatty meals. Of course giving myself Reiki helps too. Where did you learn Reiki? How many Masters did you train with? Best wishes. Clare
