Hi everyone over the last few wks when I haven’t been feeling great , I keep blaming my medication. I’m not so sure it’s always my meds. On Friday I did my Repatha injection , I was okish. Yesterday in work I felt awful, brain fog aching body and generally miserable.i was cold in work and couldn’t warm up . Today as I was going for my walk I wrapped up very warm as it’s cold down here. My walk was really good and when I got home I made sure I was dressed warm and I’m feeling full off energy and feel so much happier.( my other half noticed a massive difference) Could the cold cause my body to be aching, brain fog?? X

A nurse once told me that is important to keep warm, especially the feet. Getting cold has a large affect on the body. This from the NHS:
I'm not liking this cold weather either. Sometimes I seem to feel cold inside which is a different feeling to external cold, if you know what I mean. It's like internal shivers. Not noticed any brain fog though. As you've found you can feel warm even though it's cold if you are dressed well and crucially, moving about. That cold in the bones feeling can happen if you are not moving so much and generating internal heat.
Even before my H.A. if I got really cold I use to feel sluggish, as if my brain was working really slowly.
