The comedian Ian Cognito died on stage of a suspected heart attack on Thursday evening. A few minutes earlier he had been joking about dying on stage. He became breathlessness, sat down and became still. People were laughing as they thought it was all part of the act. When they realised something was wrong two off-duty A&E nurses applied CPR. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

I believe this also happened to Tommy Cooper years ago on a tv show. It just shows we never know what will happen so we should enjoy what we have.

It happens more frequently than we are possibly led to believe. I lost brother and dad similar to this.
During a pantomime in Newcastle it was announced that the assistant house manager had just died and the audience shouted out in one voice "Oh no he hasn't!"
Then there was the doctor who gave a private patient six months to live
Unfortunately the patient was unable to pay the bill so the kind doctor gave him anther six months
