How much caffeine can I drink whilst taking Propanalol 10mg?
I usually drink 4 cups of tea and a can of Diet Coke a day, plus a small glass of wine. I think I should try to reduce to 1 tea/1 Coke a day as I read it can increase BP which I'm trying to reduce.

You should try and minimise caffeine intake but your GP is the best person to advise you. Why not try decaffeinated varieties? Although you are not drinking a lot you should try for two alcohol free days a week.
I love coffee. One of my first questions to this sight was
Much as yours - how much can I have. I routinely drink 4 espresso coffees a day, usually by lunchtime. I have reduced the caffeine content though by making my own blend using half and half regular beans and decaffeinated beans. I don’t have any problems from this intake.
I rarely drink carbonated drinks but you can get caffeine free versions of these if you are concerned about your intake.
Something I found out from a barista yesterday was that some of the promoted coffees can be very high in caffeine. There may be a factor of two between the lowest and highest. If you are watching caffeine intake it is worth asking.
