Advice please - extreme tiredness, heartburn and pins & needles in lower left arm

My Hubby Age 58 - had a stent put in 7 months ago. There is NO history in his family of Heart-related problems. He is very tired and falls asleep when he is concentrating on small things - like his mobile phone or a repetitive job. He is not used to being so tired and he is also complaining of Heartburn and pins and needles in his lower left arm. He will no even speak to a Dr ? HELP & ADVICE NEEDED PLEASE

What meds does he take daily? The doses may need adjustment....

Try a different point of view. What caused his arteries to clog up in the first place? have you looked at his weight compared to his height as expressed by his waist measurement. Had a good look at his diet? taken out as much sugar as you can? Does he take any gentle exercise - say 30 mins walking twice a day?
